Do you hold my money?
No. Customers pay the deposit directly to the MoMo number or bank account you add. Bookaata never touches it and charges no transaction fee.
How do I know a customer really paid?
Every booking comes with the customer’s payment screenshot or transaction reference. Check it against your MoMo messages, then tap Confirm or Reject. The customer is told either way.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link in any phone browser, pick a service and time, and pay. They get SMS updates and reminders.
Which payment methods can I take?
Mobile Money, bank transfer and cash, or any other method you describe. You choose what customers see.
What happens after the free trial?
